Carrot Puree

Carrot Puree Recipe (Benoit Granier)

 

– 1 kg of carrots

– 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder

– 1 tablespoon of curry powder

– 1 teaspoon of black pepper

– 25 ml of coconut milk 

– a handful of coriander leaves

Easy to cook:

– boil the carrots in a pot (with little water; keep the water)

– add the turmeric, curry and black pepper

– add the coconut milk when the water is no longer boiling

– mix with a hand blender

– add the coriander leaves

– enjoy!
